Razan, the CEO of Raz Group, founded the company in 2020. She earned her bachelor's degree in interior design from Prince Mohammad Bin Fahad University and began her career in the oil and gas industry and construction sector.

Razan Alsharidi
Driven by purpose and fueled by resilience, Razan Alshuraidi is more than a designer, she is a visionary who reimagines what spaces can mean for people.
With a degree in Interior Design from Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University and ongoing graduate studies in Construction Engineering Management, Razan brings together artistic sensitivity and structural strategy. Her journey began in the corporate world, but her calling led her to carve her own path, transforming a small idea into a purpose-driven company.
Through her work on large-scale projects and high-end architectural executions, she gained extensive experience. Currently, she is pursuing a master's degree in construction engineering management, further expanding her expertise in project coordination, strategic planning, and innovative design solutions.
